The rise of Drones for estate agency.
Drones have evoked an enormous amount of controversy for fear of misuse, hence laws, permissions and licenses that have been put into place before you can fly one. Off the back of this, the Government has announced sweeping changes to drone legislation, including mandatory registration for those who own an aircraft weighing more than 250 grams (8oz).
Aviation Minister Lord Martin Callanan said that the new measures prioritise protecting the public while maximising the full potential of drones.
For real estate, architecture and property development, Drones are becoming increasingly useful in aiding the sale of a property. The Drones capture a building’s every angle and structural feature, which is very important especially when marketing a country estate, showcasing the size of your plot, or highlighting a property’s privacy from the public view.
Drones are transforming the way estate agencies obtain this footage, capturing some of the most dazzling images, giving the customer a holistic view of the featured property. We at Knights champion innovation, which is why we have partnered with drone specialist Mark Fletcher, to capture your property using film and photography from the air.
