Dedicated Property Manager
Knights will dedicate a property manager to your property, ensuring that you have one point of contact, and you are reassured that your property is taken care of with consistency and care. Our property manager will visit your property prior to and throughout your tenancy, ensuring that the property is being occupied correctly and flag up any need for repairs.
Management Checks and Inspections
Our personable and experienced property managers are highly skilled in dealing with the most challenging situations when it comes to resolving any differences that may arise in relation to inventories.
A thorough inventory is carried out by an impartial external Inventory Clarke upon move in and provides a detailed report upon checkout. Whilst wear and tear is taken into consideration, other defects should be deducted from the security deposit staked by the tenants.
As part of the tenancy agreement, we also inspect your property every 3 months in the first year, as well as offer a 24 hr contact line should emergencies occur. This means we avoid any nasty surprises at the end of the tenancy.
We will provide a handover of all of your utilities and inform the providers of any change in occupancy – saving you the headache.
